About me
I am a freelance designer and Nottingham Trent University Textile Design 2020 graduate, specialising in printed textiles. I have developed an understanding of a range of print techniques, including screen and digital processes. I have a passion for colour, mark and illustration and this has allowed me to develop my own creative handwriting which I am able to adapt to suit any brief or market level. I have strong computer aided design skills, with knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in which I can develop repeated patterns, digital prints and visualisations. Despite specialising in Printed Textiles, I have also loved to explore all areas of textile design, and this multidisciplinary approach has informed my latest collection through weave. Design responsibility has been something that has always interested me and my passion for it has developed throughout my time at university. It has become a major influence in my most recent collection and it is something that I will continue to explore throughout the rest of my creative journey.

Merging natural florals with tactility and the colours o

I used my concept and research knowledge to collect images for mood boards and design application, I helped to organise a vast collection of archived textiles, and I also worked on colour separating textile patterns using AVA for the interiors market.
