I thrive in understanding customer needs at the discovery and propositional stage of a project and gain energy from shepherding those insights through the product development cycle and into the hands of the end user.
I focus on balancing the research needs of product and commercial teams with the commercial and strategic needs of executive leadership. I pride myself on being able to translate and communicate complex and detailed research findings in a way that can be easily understood and actioned by the intended audience.
