Projects
  • Born Anew
Born AnewA short documentary about the lived experience of those who have moved to London from various locations; including Singapore, Nigeria and Canada. This film particularly explores the loneliness and isolation one may feel when they first arrive in the city and uncovers the burdens of those who move away from their home country. Including visuals and sound from London to creatively illustrate London as a city. The documentary piece was part of my team and I’s final project for our last university
  • Dancing On Our Own
Dancing On Our OwnA documentary short exploring the effects of the loss of nightlife during the coronavirus pandemic on the queer community. LGBTQ+ clubs and bars have historically provided a safer space for these individuals to express themselves. Using interviews and footage from those involved in the scene, this film tells the story of those for whom clubbing provides a support system.
