Responsibilities include:
• Production Coordinator for Furniture Village's seasonal TV and Radio campaigns
• Procurement of suppliers (talent agencies, caterers, production vendors, studios, locations, crew, security, deliveries and collections to set)
• Prepare and share precise call sheets, PPM documents and meeting minutes
• Accurate in dealing with talent contracts, release forms, licensing and relicensing
• Monitor regulations in working on set with adults, children and animals
• Support and facilitate all departmental queries or errands and relay of information
• Backstage manager ensuring talent, crew and clients are well looked after
• Manage and streamline company’s talent tracker
• Attend key social and industry events
• Contribute to the distribution of newsletters, production of showreels and social media imagery, including website SEO Metadata
• Collaborate in company pitches, brief writing and proposals
