I’m Hannah, a freelance illustrator and artist based in Berkshire, UK. I graduated from the University of Westminster, London in 2019 with a BA in Illustration and Visual Communication, specialising in painterly, figurative artwork.
Storytelling is at the heart of what I do. I have developed a strong love for storytelling and love to help storytellers, like independent filmmakers and writers, capture the spirit of their story through my stylised and detailed drawings, capturing mood and creating a feeling of wonder. Enticing them to explore further. I specialise in creating painterly illustrations, in a realistic style, and strive to create the perfect visual representation of a story or character.
Working with a revitalised take on digital painting, I enjoy recreating traditional painting techniques digitally, merging both the improvisation of traditional and the versatility of digital media. I also love to spend time painting traditionally with oils and retain an appreciation of pencil and paper.
Over recent years I have created artwork for a wide range of clients including Spotify, Jelly, Moor-Art Gallery, Shepperton Design Studios, The University of Westminster, The University of Leicester, AmCo Studio, Poster Spy, Alternative Movie Posters and has also contributed to several pop culture group exhibitions in the UK.
