Creating and maintaining relationships with the retailers to optimise the centres performance. With a focus on creative concepts, designs whilst monitoring analytics to ensure engagement, optimisation and ROI.
White Box project to activate vacant units within the centre, liaising with the local community and seeking brands that suit the clients current brands. Ultimately we want brands our community will love and give them a reason to visit the centre whilst also giving small businesses and entrepreneurs an opportunity they wouldn't ordinarily be able to make happen.

As Content Lead of the Migration Project for the new website as it moves from a CMS system to Adobe Experience Manager. Responsibilities include creating localised pages, writing travel copy and asset selection. Alongside other agencies I ensure copy is optimised to assist with SEO.
