Running the studio managing twenty members of staff from embroiders, beadwork's,pattern makers and seamstresses. Day to day I had clients coming into the fashion house and I had to hand sketch a design for them usually it was a wedding dress or party dress from there I had to organise the team to get the dress made. I also had to design and get made a collection for harrods. I learnt so much here and just soaked everything in it was a fantastic opportunity that was given to me at a young age
