My job involves a lot of different elements. I communicate with customers on a daily basis, talking through style preferences, before I then put together a selection of clothing and accessories catered to their taste. I manage three stylists as well as working with my own customer base. I must make sure that my team hit their targets each week as well as working to the best of their ability. I also put together training schedules for new stylists and guide them through the first few months of their new role.
