About me

I am a photographer based just outside London specialising in portraiture, fashion and architecture. Throughout my Postgraduate Degree I have explored variations of architectural imagery, published within the Home and Design Build Special of KL Magazine. Additionally specialising in portraiture featuring within the initial print addition of Cinegirl Winter '22. I have created a unique and timely method of working professionally from home (#WFH) given that photo shoots are just about impossible during Covid restrictions, I have worked with models on different mobile platforms – particularly FaceTime. This project disrupted the conventional power relationship that can exist between model and photographer, and also disrupts ideas around ‘The Gaze’ and the photographic muse. My work is a contemporary project based around professional and personal isolation during the constraints and uncertainty of the Covid-19 Global Pandemic and features subjects from across the globe photographed within their own individual environments. In addition to my job as an Ambulance Service 999 Emergency Call Handler, my ambition is to be able to return to large scale portraiture following the pandemic, and to continue to build my network within both my architecture and portraiture practice.
