Used analysis of a web report detailing the most searched product month by month leading me to notice that customers search the term 'suits' more times in August that any other month. There was no workwear focus in August in the Marketing Calendar; I pushed back to the web team, leading to the launch of a 'Back to School/Work' web focus including customer mailers and content on the HoF Home Page.
