Logistics, Budget Planning/Management, Vendor and Supplier Management as well as on-site Project Management where applicable (Stakeholders including; Sales teams/Brand Managers and Senior management as well as External Speakers). Attendees include existing clients and warm prospects with some of the worlds biggest brands/ companies. (names upon request). External events ranging from large conference and exhibitions to 1-1 meetings based events. - Webinar / Virtual Event Coordinator and technician for all of the groups activity (11 brands). GoToWebinar & Zoom - Speaker opportunity submissions and content coordinator for global industry events. Sourcing subject experts for brand led events/webinars. Monitor and report on industry trends for use across the Marketing Team. Prepare event and logistics briefing documents as well as KPI’s for each managed event. - Maintain the PO/Vendor Management System (Oracle’s Netsuite) to ensure timely payments and coding of invoices are filtered to finance efficiently. - Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing with Buffer and Pardot for all Events.

Ensuring collection was made by mailing company. - Co-ordinated SIG event activity; discussed the unapproved budgets with the Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Officer before sending onto the Chief Executive; handled their promotion and took care of speaker and delegate arrangements where applicable, and attended as necessary. - Handled SIG Co-ordinator meeting activity, which included making travel, accommodation and catering arrangements, and minute-taking at meetings. Attended meetings at weekends when it was necessary. - Assisted the Chief Executive in handling Trustee and other committee meetings, including making travel arrangements, booking hotels and minute-taking when needed. -Solely responsible for 16 SIG committee’s day to day requirements and general enquiries. Helped with the layout of advertisements for in-house and external use/ need. Conference and Event Duties: - Helped with the design of the IATEFL and the IATEFL Associates stand at conference, procured offers, furniture etc. - Assisted with pre-conference work, including providing SIGs with updates, sending out invitations for conference events, and handling general conference enquiries. - Attended and arranged two annual conferences as a team of 9 with over 3000 delegates in attendance and assisted with onsite enquiries, registration of delegates and general duties as well as main organizer for SIG evening event.
