• Human Resources (HR) and people leadership, taking the lead in partnering with the MPCH Labs business from a HR perspective. Key role in building a successful start-up, in-house operation from the ground-up.
• Key role within an innovation lab, building the next generation of multi-party, computation technology, with the first implementation of a proprietary MPC6 engine (Fraction), a hybrid cloud security engine enabling institutions to define and control digital assets while connecting with the wider crypto ecosystem.
