    • Human Resources (HR) and people leadership, taking the lead in partnering with the MPCH Labs business from a HR perspective. Key role in building a successful start-up, in-house operation from the ground-up. • Key role within an innovation lab, building the next generation of multi-party, computation technology, with the first implementation of a proprietary MPC6 engine (Fraction), a hybrid cloud security engine enabling institutions to define and control digital assets while connecting with the wider crypto ecosystem. • Member of Executive Leadership Team as a strategic business partner and ‘trusted advisor’ on HR issues. • Engaged collaboratively with the CFO and CIO to provide data-driven business insights to the Board, as well as providing relevant and insightful data for dissemination, including investors and shareholders. • Managed all risk and compliance, succession planning, talent management and change management. • Oversaw performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compensation & benefits, ensuring the acquisition and retention of talented people. • Led the implementation and transition to HRIS system, realising 20% payroll costs savings year-on-year, along with increased functionality for the HR function.
