- Digital Products and ConceptsThese are digital products I’ve been in charge of with regards to the creative direction, branding, product development, and more. Working with my usual graphic designer (NEMESIS DESIGN), other than the 3D conceptual of the Torpedo Captor. My role has been to bring each product to market and in most cases build the packaging and branding of the product and well as conceive the write up, and follow up with social media ads, email marketing, etc.

My role at Two notes was vast over the course of my time there. A short background into the
company; Two notes Audio Engineering is a brand focused on delivering innovation and the
highest quality of musical equipment for Guitarists and Bassists alike.
My responsibilities mainly focused on heading the sales and marketing team in order to find new ways of generating online sales through digital product design, creating new ways to improve our customer funnel, and improving our outsourcing program to create new exciting niche products that helped us stand out of an already largely oversaturated market.
This intertangled with marketing strategies, working mainly with PPC, CTA, revamping our
mailout platform to include automation for CRM, and remarketing via social media and SEO to
generate new leads for our sales teams. As well as looking after our core aspects of the marketing team and daily tasks for associates working with me, I controlled and wrote the content for emails, social media, and freestanding boards for exhibitions and other such events.
After a period of time, I was able to take on a higher workload and sustain our Artist Relations
program while traveling on festival dates with other artists already on our roster.

Positive Grid is a company designed at bringing the best of digital modeling of real-world guitar
and bass equipment to users at a fraction of the cost.
During my role at Positive Grid, I had various roles I dived into to help the company. As their only
native English speaking member of the entire team (and the only member based in the UK) I
stepped up to take on a large workload to push the company to the success it is now flourishing in.
A few main tasks I either headed or had a large hand in were:
- Helped design their first and current flagship non-digital product, the BIAS Head, along with
adjustments to their award-winning software(s).
- Overhaul their entire social platform, SEO marketing campaigns, PPC/CTA strategies,
demographic and market research and more.
- Revamp their customer support base and merge into Zendesk, integrate macro tickets,
implement new CRM protocols and automation.
- Create new and relevant content with artists over the globe, and solidify strong working
relationships between artists (new and old).
- And visit brick and mortar stores within the UK to establish new business for them to house our brand within their store. This included negotiating margin, cost of shipping, responsibilities of the deal and being their main contact as account manager.
