About me
Harriet is Diversity & Community Manager at eSynergy Solutions. Harriet helps organisations engage with diverse technical communities to raise their profile and share their story. She is passionate about raising awareness about Gender Balance and Neurodiversity by supporting organisations in understanding that by hiring diverse teams they are creating their own opportunity for growth and innovation. Harriet also co-organises BEEqual (Balanced, Empowered, Equal) (https://www.meetup.com/BEEqual/), which they have grown from 400 – 970+ since December 2018 having changed the name from Women in Tech London to reflect their view on gender balance, fluidity and the need to engage men in the conversation. BEEqual provides those who are passionate about technology, want to diversify their workforce, upskill themselves and build great leaders and teams, a place to come together share ideas and hear from story tellers and inspirational ambassadors in tech. Harriet has previously been recognised for her efforts as Diversity Advocate at the Future Stars of Tech Awards 2019.
