- Great British Chefs CookbookUsing my aforementioned ninja-grade recipe editing skills, I served as recipe editor on the Great British Chefs Cookbook. This involved helping to coordinate recipe testing of all dishes and managing the feedback process with chefs to ensure the recipes were correct and achievable for the home cook without the use of any professional equipment. ● Exclusive masterclasses for competition winners with Michelin-starred chefs for a national health insurance provider
● Press and influencer facing cook school events for tourism boards, national and international FMCG brands and produce associations
● Awards ceremony and reception for 100 guests at a historic central London location

● Build relationships with new clients and maintain existing partnerships
● Track activity to identify areas of particular success in campaigns as well as key learnings
● Creating and presenting PCAs (post-campaign appraisals)

● Creating and presenting PCAs to clients and responding to further requests for detail or questions

Further skills include managing Great British Chefs’ advertising through Google Ad Manager, arranging and supervising video and photoshoots, social media platform management (including paid promotions) and reporting, Google Analytics and working with a CMS.
