About me
After leaving my Nursing degree during the pandemic I found myself lost with no idea of where I was going in life.😵💫
I remember moving home, sitting down with my dad and him asking me what actually made me happy, and I replied being creative. This then led to a cascade of events of discovering myself, learning about mental health and finding my true passions and skills.
From a young age I was known as the creative one, whether it was art, sewing, baking, designing or setting up new social media pages for all my latest hobbies. Creativity was my outlet that got me through all the tough years at school, especially with being neurodivergent.
One of my greatest achievements to date is winning the 2019 National Young Enterprise Competition against 30,000 participants. I took the role of Creative and Digital Director within a group of 11 girls. Together we set up a business focusing around female empowerment, education and sustainability, all of which are very important to me. This was my first experience of working within a corporate context and I loved it more than anything.
I also received the Year group Leadership Award at my school in 2017 and 2019, and I set up my own professional cake decorating business over lockdown.

I currently work 4 days a week in a private GP practice. Within patient services I have to deliver customer service assistance based on the client’s needs. I adopt a problem solving approach that leaves the customer feeling understood and listened to. I often have to navigate difficult calls and stressful situations to ensure the best customer experience as well as ensuring that guidelines are being followed. During my time at this job I have continually received positive feedback from team members and customers regarding my attitude to work, my communication, and my ability to learn new skills.

I worked on the weekend in one of the SpaceNK stores which was a bustling retail environment where I interfaced with a wide range of people. I am really proud to have won UK Young Enterprise against 30,000 participants, navigating through seven stages of competition. We went on to represent the UK in France against 52 other countries in the International Young Enterprise.
Our team set up a company named Bathe based upon the ethos of female empowerment, sustainability and education. Within the team I was given the role of Creative and Digital Director. I was solely responsible for designing the product and logo, branding, website and social media platforms, business cards and flyers, marketing stands, manufacturing and creating our powerpoint presentations.
