    ExCeL London - Christmas Campaign 2019Celebrating the end of a record breaking year at ExCeL London, the team deserved to celebrate and wish our industry colleagues a very happy holiday season. I supervised and provided creative support from conception to post production of the campaign. This included operational support involving shooting locations in the venue and liaising with the production agency on scheduling shoot days.     At ExCeL London I played an integral role as part of an award winning, ambitious marketing team at London's largest event venue. I was responsible for telling the ExCeL London story through all avenues of digital communication, highlighting our relationships with some of the worlds most recognisable brands including Marvel, ABP Formula E, Google and Adobe. The below highlights my day-to-day duties at ExCeL London: • Responsible for the creation and distribution of all digital communications via Campaign Monitor. All HTML campaigns were followed up with post launch reports covering open rates, click throughs and overall engagement which I ensured were consistently successful. • Fostered a naturally grown, conversational social media schedule on all available channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter through the expert use of Hootsuite and Buffer. • Extensive and creative use of CMS systems to manage updates to the company website. This included the construction and activation of engaging campaign landing pages, online retail hubs and digital asset management. • Champion of brand continuity for both internal and in-venue collateral, cutting design agency costs from our budget by over £30,000 by re-branding all outdated company documentation independently. • A member of ExCeL's Crisis Management Team, trained in liaising with the press, tracking social media enquiries, and writing official company statements following a crisis. Administrative responsibilities: • Provided admin support for the wider marketing team including organising busy calendars for executive and management staff, coordinating meeting agendas, and the management of annual budget spend. • Liaised with external design agencies to create digital assets for the ExCeL website and create in depth promotional materials for the venue.
