- Well Crystal Carafe and Tumbler for Wallpaper* HandmadeStudio Warm was commissioned by Wallpaper* Magazine for the 2018 edition of their Wallpaper* Handmade exhibition to the theme of ‘Wellness + Wonder’. Studio Warm collaborated with Italian crystal company Mario Cioni to create a unique, handcrafted, mouth blown, cut crystal water carafe and drinking glass. The hand cut pattern derived from the ripples formed at the seaside, to the meditative sound of the waves breaking into the shores. Due to the hand cut process on the diamond wheel, each carafe features a unique pattern, just as unique as the ripples formed in nature. The vessels are masterly handcrafted by Mario Cioni Crystal. Wallpaper* Magazine pairs a select group of designers with talented craftsman or manufacturers and commissions them to create one-off pieces for their Wallpaper* Handmade exhibition held anually during Milan Design Week.7
