British Vogue: Personal Assistant to the Publishing Director and Team Assistant to the Advertising Department
• Personally assisting the Publishing Director and her Executive Assistant by running general errands and ad hoc duties.
• Assisting and working closely alongside other key team members including the Associate Publisher, Advertising Director, Senior Account Managers, Business Manager, Senior Shoot Producer and Retail & Events Editor.
• Creating Credit Documents and Online Coverage Reports for luxury fashion, jewellery, beauty contributors and advertisers.
• Regularly processing samples, returning them to PR agencies and brands via post, courier and in person.
• Responsible for resolving general ‘tech’ maintenance and office-keeping standards.
• Transcribing videos for subtitling on Vogue.co.uk and British Vogue’s social media channels.
• Arranging transport and logistics for Shoot Producers and Photographers.
• Shoot preparation including organising refreshments and assisting production teams with set up.
• Greeting and hosting VIPs and external production teams for special projects.
• Covering general days of absence for the current Publishing Assistant.
British Vogue: Host and Event Assistant at 5 Days of Vogue Beauty
• Assisted the Retail & Events Editor and the Vogue Beauty Team with running the event covering multiple duties.
• Acted as the primary host on the doors of Vogue House - registering and welcoming readers as they arrived.
• Liaised with the beauty brands’ PRs and event staff on site: assisting with the organisation, management and logistics of the event.
• Created and laid out goody bags for each industry panel talk and maintained the event space’s standards throughout.
