As Senior Social Media Officer at Crisis I was in charge of strategic planning, content creation, moderation and coordination of the UK wide social media presence of Crisis. Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth roll out of policy driven campaigns, high profile fundraising events and activations as well as shaping the overall social media policy for the charity. Within this role it was essential that I was creative whilst being results driven, providing key insights back to the business to enable active learning to occur. I was also present at public events, from parliamentary receptions to the annual Square Mile Run to showcase live social media content to our audience across our platforms.

Reporting back to the wider business on social media activity, including insights and analytics. Creating and implementing national social media guidelines for all staff, including the training of Community Managers. Content creation and copywriting for the majority of the social content, including for our larger campaigns such as World's Greatest Shave. Producing video content at live and pre recorded events using mobile specific videographer equipment.
