• Maintain and order office supplies: kitchen, stationary, food and beverage and events, managing
the recycling and office waste.
• Overseeing budgets, raising purchase orders and approving invoices
• Working closely with contractors and building manager to ensure delivery of a quality service:
cleaners, office security, fire alarms, aircon, utilities, coffee machines and maintenance
• Ensuring the office complies with all aspects of health and safety and there are trained fire
wardens and first aiders in each department
