I'm an art director, designer, photographer, stylist— and some more. A true multidisciplinary, I began my career with an education in Design & Printmaking from Western Washington University. In 2015, I moved to Brooklyn where I worked across agencies as a designer, art director, cat wrangler and paint smearer.
Currently, I'm making work from the heart, at my 2-woman practice, Studio HMVD. We launch brands, shoot images and always have a good time.

- Tonic CBD PhotographyWe had the pleasure of working with Tonic on producing a range of still-life images for use across channels and seasons. Our goal was to create an asset library that could work throughout the year, heroing out certain products for certain times, changing the mood when needed and adding a human touch.

- HETIME PhotographyHETIME came to us with a pretty specific ask— help make their launch a success through conceptual model and product imagery. We then worked together to build a library of assets featuring their products in a playful and approachable light. Our content examines the power of alone time within a yellow and turquoise world. In addition to our normal still-life fare, the HETIME team cast a group of really cool dudes with great skin who we photographed in various environments to show the product in
