Business Support Officer
As a Business Support Officer I pro actively carry out a range of support services to the Operations Manager. Including; reception, sales, invoicing, managing specific financial tasks and keeping the company database up to date and organised. I provide and maintain an excellent and efficient customer-focused service; being the first point of contact for enquiries and taking payment on completion of work.
I take responsibility for managing a range of administrative tasks and supporting the Sales Team to build on existing customer contacts and develop new business. I Provide the sales team with photographic samples of our products to be used on Social Media, always coming up with new and innovative ways to do this.
