Customer Service is one of our key core value at 22design, therefore my role as Account Director involves looking after our current client base by taking briefs from the customer and liaising with our designer.
Another part of my role is to bring new customers on board and retain them for years to come by offering a stress-free, smooth and excellent service. I also manage all social media for the business.
Having a creative and design background meant that my role was very varied and at 22design which meant I also managed Adwords campaigns, worked with Wordpress websites, Social media management and advertising, mentored junior staff members, hired freelancers and helped to manage the studio.
