    Working closely with the Executive Creative Director and alongside Axon’s wider team to design print and digital formats for Axon’s diverse client base including Marks and Spencer, John Lewis & Partners, DFS and House of Fraser. Creative lead across projects from brainstorming client briefs, designing and creating presentations and concepts with tear-sheeting for sign-off both internally and to the client. Shot-by-shot page planning, product allocation and monitored project progression through to final design, style guides and templates. Involved in the various stages required to generate images such as: location sourcing, art directing photographic shoots, briefing stylists and photographers, liaising with clients and making amendments, through to final cromalins and print. Supported Senior teams on New Business pitches which resulted in a number of successful wins.

    Established the overall brand identity, look and feel for the launch of the first John Lewis in-store Magazine (formerly called Source which then evolved to Edition Magazine). Shadowing the Deputy Creative Director, managed new and exciting page layouts per season along with concepted and designed supporting supplements across Fashion and Beauty. Main responsibilities included generating ideas, page designs from initial concepts to final sign off, collaborated with freelancers, commissioning illustrators as and when needed, sourcing and briefing the photography teams, art direction on shoots, presenting clients with multiple design options and ensuring overall satisfaction and creative direction.
