I’m a freelance recipe developer, food and travel writer and editor. I’ve written for publications including The Guardian, The Times, The Evening Standard, Sainsbury’s Magazine and others. I am also the Editor of Pit, an independent magazine about live fire cooking and smoking, which was recently shortlisted for Launch of The Year in the Stack Magazine Awards.
