• Responsible for sales, marketing and development of public events across the Graysons Venues, to increase the revenue, reputation and exposure for the venues. • Create, develop and market all Graysons lead events and promotions across the venues. • Successful events include the creation, development and marketing of the ‘SPITS LIVE’ brand at Spitalfields Venue a concept showcasing and promoting up and coming musical talent, regular headline Comedy nights including Edinburgh Fringe preview shows. ‘Catwalk at the Course’ a large scale fashion event showcasing high end fashion designers autumn/winter collections featuring live music and dance troop entertainment, fashion stalls and after show party with named DJs, held at Chelmsford City Racecourse. • Management of monthly art exhibitions at Spitalfields based venue Hanbury Hall. Including exhibition selection and programming, artist interviews, the coordination of exhibition launch events. • Regular sales coordination of conferences, private dining, screenings, seminars and drinks receptions at London members club The Royal Over Seas Club.
• Responsible for managing the client relationship between the management company (PGM) and the nineteen represented artists, employed on the touring roster at Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi • Worked on behalf of the artists, promoting their careers as part of the Ministry of Sound roster and also as individual artists across the music industry. • Worked closely with the external artist-booking agent, overseeing all booking contracts, invoices and event artwork to ensure all was in the best interest of the artists career and in line with contractual terms agreed with the client • Responsible for managing all artist diaries and approving all bookings and travel schedules. • Compiled and presented artist development reports at client monthly meetings – reviewing confirmed bookings, gig feedback, social media activity and branded event promotion • Created monthly financial reports reflecting overall income of each artist and summary of management and client commissions. • Liaised with labels on artist track submissions and assisted with administration surrounding signings and releases. • Weekly social media consultation with each of the artist’s, supported by social media audits and analysis reports
