This was a practical animation course focusing on story structure and design, and covering tuition in a variety of animation techniques, from classical 2D on paper, Digital 2D animation using TV Paint or After Effects to Stop Motion and Pixilation. Tuition covered story development and design, storyboarding, animation, editing, sound design and theoretical subjects related to cinema, animation and fine art. I completed two films during the degree: 'Tendrils' and 'A Chronic Circus'. I also studied elective subjects in the areas of comic book making, illustration, printmaking and drawing.
