About me
Hello! My name is Helene Heilbron and I possess strong expertise in arranging and digitising archival materials, directing visitors on collections and subject areas, and developing highly-engaging websites with fast-paced environments. I am adept at a range of operations from soliciting artwork and performing deep historical and arts research to designing venue spaces and creating various marketing pieces to engage visitors. With my professional exposure I have developed strong abilities to: • Provide support to the Exhibitions Department, from the research and development stage of a project through to its realisation. • Review and edit listing photography and source photographers in various markets to capture unique accommodations and cover special assignments worldwide. • Assists with the maintenance of accurate exhibition checklists, image files, lenders, and other exhibition details. I am an expert in ensuring exceptional visitors experience, providing value-added client services, delivering successful exhibitions and events, and overseeing social media platforms for achieving set goals. I am competent to understand the big picture, envision solutions, and execute with ease across all management levels, while fostering prosperous environments for change. I am a decision-maker with competencies in making quality and timely decisions utilising an incorporation of critical thinking, analysis, wisdom, input from others, and professional judgment. I have developed highly attuned skills to communicate to all levels of management while complying with standards to ensure the integrity of records. Please feel free to contact me at helene.heilbron@gmail.com with any thoughts, comments, or questions about my work—I’m always interested in making new professional acquaintances.

  • Halloween Treat: A Trip to GlasGlow
Halloween Treat: A Trip to GlasGlowGlasGlow is an outdoor event at the Botanic Garden, Glasgow. It is an immersive journey to other worlds through light constructions. It was great to be able to go to an event which made me feel more festive or better spooky, as I have always had difficulty to be festive. This event was a great opportunity for me to test my photography skills, and I have realised that I have still lot to learn on how to shoot at night.
