I am a bilingual (French/ English) graduate with 18 months experience as a Data Assistant with Times Higher Education, enforcing institutional methodology to manage and evaluate data provided by world-class universities.

·Conducted a risk assessment of time frame, methodology and software used on the brand-new Impact Ranking – my risk predictions were proved to be correct prior to product release.
·Customer and client management services – a average day in preparation of a new ranking’s release consisted of speaking to and assisting 100 individual clients. I created and maintained all customer accounts.
·My company selected me, due to my strong interpersonal communication skills to bridge a divide between the Data and Product teams. I identified inconsistencies with the feedback from our clients and the products.
·I was predominantly working in a team of 20, sharing the responsibility in achieving a collective goal. I regularly assisted other members of my team with their heavy workloads as well as completing my own.

Shop Floor AssistantLark

· I worked at Lark, a gift shop, on and off for four years as I was often asked to return during my university's holidays. I was later promoted to manager.
· My main responsibility as manager was buying the boutique's stock. Here I was able to use my in depth understanding of our customer segment's most likely purchases and combine it with my ability to present them in an appealing fashion on the shop floor.
· This role has given me excellent customer service and sales skills. For example, my intuition and perception of our customer's needs significantly contributed to exceeding Lark's sales target. When working there during weekends we frequently accomplished £3,000 in revenue per day - our target was £1,500 every Saturday.
· I was often given responsibility for the shop window as I have an artistic eye and am good at understanding the visual appeal of the shop.
· I often worked alone and was trained to cash up and open and close the shop.
