  Female in FocusFemale in Focus is a new award from 1854 Media, running for the first time in 2019. The aim of the award is to highlight the exceptional quality of work by female photographers around the world. Our mission is to open up the world of photography to diverse talent, and to empower women and those who identify as women to step behind the lens.

  Portrait of BritainPortrait of Britain is the UK’s largest outdoor photography exhibition. Organised in partnership between British Journal of Photography and JCDecaux, the project celebrates the UK’s diversity by showcasing 100 curated portraits on outdoor screens across the country. While overseeing the first two editions of the exhibition it was seen by over 20 million people and received press coverage in many major media outlets, including BBC, Sky News, The Guardian and The Sunday Times.

  BJP International Photography AwardBJP’s International Photography Award is a leading showcase of emerging photographic talent. Organised in partnership between British Journal of Photography and TJ Boulting Gallery, the award offers a solo exhibition and international exposure to one outstanding photographer each year. During my time producing the award it helped to launch the careers of Juno Calypso, Daniel Castro Garcia and Felicity Hammond.
