I worked with directors at AEI Media Limited in the formulation and development of a new white-label ticketing platform. I advised on longer-term strategies and managed the day-to-day running of the ticketing business. • I designed the company's ticketing report system that tracked weekly sales movement and logged other info of importance to stakeholders. • I built and maintained effective working relationships with new clients. • I negotiated ticket allocation deals and agreed UK sales exclusivity to generate maximum revenue when working with international clients. • I devised content and issued a creative brief for the new platform's sales deck. • I significantly reduced costs for both the customer and company by rethinking existing processes for the delivery of tickets.
Reporting to the Head of Live at AEI Media Limited; I brokered events deals across a wide variety of brands and music genres within the company's portfolio. I project managed existing events and also sourced new business. • I Produced detailed proposals for new overseas events and tours in territories including Austria, Belgium, Argentina, and Holland (e.g. timelines, brand-licensing fees, marketing support) • Researched both local and general live events markets to identify opportunities. • Presented event stakeholders with post-show financial and marketing reports. • Successfully negotiated / contracted ticket sales allocations and data share agreements on all events.
Planned and executed Social Media Marketing campaigns for Safehouse Management's summer event series (Carl Cox at Space Ibiza / We Love Sundays at Space Ibiza) I also assisted on campaigns built for Snowbombing Festival, Global Gathering Festival, and The Parklife Weekender. • I created timely and engaging content optimised for platform used and for Safehouse Management's intended audience. • I developed a thorough understanding of social media paid advertising campaigns including those for Facebook and Twitter.
