    - I am responsible for the upkeep of six studio locations across East and Central London; all events, programming, health and safety measures and maintenance is under my management. I see over the budgeting and financial planning of each site to ensure my area of operations fall in line with wider company budgeting goals. - I have organised and executed multiple art events to showcase the talent of recent graduates and provide a platform for the development of their careers while assisting on exhibitions with artists working on an international scale. I have managed the install and de-install of these shows and remain the guiding figure for utilising the space as best as possible while overseeing marketing and the production of all marketing materials. -Being responsible for the retention rate of studio occupancy means ownership of all studio generated annual revenue which in turn allows us to deliver other company-wide programmes, projects and schemes. - There are over 200 clientele that I am the main point of contact for. Artists, contractors, galleries and other large governing bodies (such as Arts Council England and local authorities) are all in regular conversation with me to ensure practices are running as they should be. - New communication and tech initiatives that’re now in use were sought out by myself to better interlink all departments within the business in order to maximise our creative output and position ourselves as industry leading players. - During my time here, I have taken ownership of several areas outside my direct responsibility. I am both the marketing and green team lead for my department and actively seek out additional events and workshops to run. I have recently increased my portfolio size by taking an additional new build location to manage from it’s inception. Said new venture is a very large step for the company and being trusted with it’s set up over others is a true testament to my ambition and capability.

    - I have recently been designing an intricate social media strategy that aligns with the company goals as well as appropriately lending itself to the wider marketing strategy as a whole. - Due to technological setbacks the launch date for the app has been delayed but I’ve used this time to take on several pieces of project work to help shape the future image of the brand, defining its place in the market and establishing it separately from competitors. - Drawing upon my previous experience in managing diverse, creative ventures I have taken on further responsibilities in leading the social media team, heading up on new initiatives, delegating tasks and ensuring team well-being. - In true start-up nature, the scope of my responsibility is broad and I find myself pitching in on areas ranging from graphic design to both digital and physical marketing efforts, scheduling content to writing copy. - Working collaboratively in brainstorming sessions has allowed me to shine creatively and enabled me to begin working concept into final product. I’m proud to have thought up some of our now permanent B2C and B2B communication characteristics such as slogans as well as key imagery and design features used across all channels and comms. - By conducting large amounts of research and analysis in the fields of marketing, competitors, persona studies, social media strategies and brand image & TOV, I have been able to identify key strategies to implement into our growth and expansion that will place Jobsdiem in a great position when launched. I believe the work I have been doing in the above mentioned areas to be of great quality as recently we have been studied by an industry leading brand and seen extremely similar uses in their visual themes and tonality.
