- Project: client returned to Woolsery, North Devon through historical family connection. They
purchased multiple buildings (Pub, Manor House, Cottages, Farm, etc) in order to create
destination village over a 3 year period.
- Role: taken on as a Design Assistant, but acted as Creative Director’s right hand in order to
ensure the smooth running of crucial stages of the project with management of key
deliverables to the client.
- Responsibilities: created mood boards for every building on site, managed and improved
material sample library, in charge of project art curation, headed up all relationships with suppliers, sourced antiques daily, arranged bespoke furniture and organised all site visits for the team.
- Key Learning Points: importance of the story when designing, getting to know your supplier base, delivering to client under strict time pressure, attended 5 day Beginners ArchiCAD course.

- Role: aiding trade and retail customers in their design making decisions by understanding the
range of fabrics and wallpaper in order to marry our products with their vision.
- Responsibilities: handled online (SAP Software) and` phone orders, hosted in-house client
meetings in order to showcase our portfolio, liaised with head office about sampling stock
levels, rolled out new collections quarterly.
- Key Learning Points: understanding a client’s brief (often with short time available),
diversifying between residential and commercial, developed front-of-house behaviours by being client facing.
