- PowerPoint | Pitch deck | DesignMore than your average PowerPoint/Keynote designer. imby approached me to design and build its pitch deck for its second round of seed funding. I provided strategic oversight on the content, custom artwork, tech mock-ups, built the deck with flawless transitions & animations.
- Workshop materials | Print, branded collateralThe brief was to create a series of immersive materials for a sustainability workshop, which were subtly branded. Their purpose was to aid delegates to immerse themselves fifty years into our future, thinking on a macro scale. The collateral here is part of a full suite of branded workshop materials.

With the welcome arrival of a Comms Director, came a mandate to rocket-power our visual identity -- from social assets, digital and print publications, and events. If it was public-facing, I was responsible for it. I rolled out a brand refresh across the sustainable development non-profit's growing international offices -- from event and workshop materials, localise digital and social artwork, to stationary (hey, it's needed) and publications. Somewhere along the way, Sally Uren, CEO handed me her Franken-deck for a global summit, and implored me to fix it. That conversation changed everything. After that, I created her decks for all her speaking engagements and partner meetings. It was wicked, I loved it. So much, I turned freelance, so I could do it more.

Yeah man, I know. Ancient History? For a designer? But it makes sense, if you squint and factor in a life-altering surgery halfway through my undergrad. My bachelor's thesis, "How to look good, Ancient" was awarded 82%, and my final year average was 76%. I spent my final two years fascinated by the active sartorial language of the Romans and Britons, and that carried me neatly into formalising my previously-capped passion for good, story-telling design. Told you, you just had to squint. BA (Hons) Ancient History 2:1
