User experience researcher and designer specialising in human centred design, providing people with quality user experience by empathising with people involved and understanding their needs, desires and experiences. Worked as a Head of User Research at Secondmind, the first company to generalise decision-making using principled AI, based in Cambridge, UK.
Participated in various UX related projects as a Head of User Research at Secondmind, User Experience Strategist at BBB Inc. and Graphic User Interface Designer at LG Electronics. Completed Ph.D. in Design Research at Brunel University London, which addressed the role, impact and ethical issues of software agents in social network services inspired by machine learning theory in order to propose possible benefits of a human centred design approach for software agent development.
