  CHRISTMAS ON THE JETTYBRIEF: In November 2019, Battersea Power Station’s Coaling Jetty and Plaza transformed into a beautiful Winter Village.   SAMPLE BOX CONCEPTBRIEF: To deliver a concept design for a material sample box that could be shown to prospective buyers when they view a one of the high end residential homes in Battersea, London.   GUINNESS GATEHOUSEBRIEF: To design an immersive interior that tells the story of Guinness and that fuses the brands brewing heritage with Shanghai’s culture and design. Greenspan is a design and build company specialising in visitor attraction and commercial playscapes. As Senior Technical Designer my primary objective was to collaborate closely with the creative artist, sales executives and project managers to develop concepts into working construction drawings. Responsibilities include; delivering and managing all 2D and 3D designs ensuring they are compliant, value engineered and complete with the necessary plans, elevations, sections and details, document management, programming, research, mentoring, training, site surveys, 3D modelling, renders, sourcing and purchasing, site supervision and detailed procurement schedules. Continually increasing design efficiency by formulating standard libraries including; 3D model, CAD Blocks, textures, designed products, modular build-ups, construction details and approved engineer’s calculation libraries for use in multiple applications. I actively researched new technologies and market trends. A recent example of this, I implemented a new design software and training programme which improved the quality of work, offered a new design product and reduced overheads by 10% in 2018.
