• Overseeing and managing eight client accounts, from day to day liaison with clients to achieving goals set out within their press strategy • Compiling monthly reports, detailing key account activity on a monthly basis, accounting for time spent on each client • Managing travel bookings (international flights, accommodation, couriers) and team diary, ensuring scheduled meetings are inputted into diary to avoid diary clashes, managing petty cash and office expenses • Securing and achieving national coverage, organising brand press days and product launches from booking venues to invitations, assistance on the day, budget management
• Ensuring weekly and monthly targets were met to achieve client goals and expectations • Attend brand trade shows where necessary, promoting the brand and being an advocate to all press and attendees to the show • Securing coverage across the 20 strong client portfolio, meeting online and print expectations • Compiling and distributing press releases and marketing content to a high standard and in a timely manner • Managing interns on a daily basis, including applications, university requirements and expenses
