• Solo project management of Pantene Europe. Shared project management and artbuying across: Global P&G Fragrances (Hugo Boss, Mexx, Puma, Laura Biagiotti, bruno banani and James Bond). • Recommending and sourcing photographers, models, stock imagery, illustrators, CGI and retouchers. • Negotiating all levels of production costs, usages and timings dependent upon project and budget. • Ensuring that creative concept is kept within the limitations of budget and time. • Heading the production and project management from inception of the brief to supply of final artwork (or other specified print medium) of still life photography, CGI, artwork adaption, illustration and retouching projects, including international shoot experience. • Heading the project management, however assisting in the production of model shoots and other projects that are outside of my remit. • Project management includes, but is not limited to, managing the briefing, reviews, debriefing, time planning, and trafficking of workload across creative teams, designers and TV, digital and planning departments. • Adhering to and educating others on P&G Stewardship processes and softwares. • Fulfilling financial and administration roles from purchase order and vendor creation, managing usages and supply documents and archiving to job reconciliation. • Coordination of all agency and Creative Producer only photography, illustration, CGI and other portfolio viewings.
• Pivotal role in project and client management, logistical direction and production of marketing materials for Mindshare's annual 'unconference', Huddle. Huddle 2012 consisted of 101 one hour 'Huddles' over the course of one day, hosted by the likes of Google, Facebook, MGM, Spotify, Disney, BuyaPowa etc, with over 1000 client, media owner and partner attendees. • First point of contact for New Business & Marketing department, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with accordingly. • Designing of internal, external communications and event collateral. Art-working pitch presentations, boards and producing theatre for existing and new business clients as well as marketing events. • Briefing creatives and managing creation and production of all creative assets. • Managing large teams for new business and marketing events, ensuring pitches are ran on schedule effectively and all artwork created is to an exemplary standard. • Coordination of responses to pitch tenders, including RFI and PQQ. • Primary administrator and editor of the company website using the Umbraco system. • Compiling of top-line information for senior management as part of the wider prospecting programme, including global requests. • Third party supplier liaison, negotiating tight turnarounds at the best value rates and maintaining solid business relationships. • Key admin tasks, including but not limited to, senior management and head of department liaison, complex meeting and travel arrangement, e-mail correspondence on behalf of senior management as well as raising invoice and purchase orders.
