Adoreboard is an emotion analysis platform that helps brands unlock customer experience insights and emotional motivators, providing actionable insights to deliver significant business value. At Adoreboard, my main role involves the use of our Emotion Analytics tool, working directly with clients to solve business problems, improve customer or employee experience and make informed decisions. As part of the consultancy team, I work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple independent and team based projects. Due to the nature of working in a start-up, I have had the opportunity to contribute to company decisions, get involved with multiple areas of the business and take on additional responsibilities, such as assisting with marketing, by writing blog posts that were successful in generating new global clients. Additionally, I have gained invaluable experience working directly with exceptional clients and brands, both local and international. Having the opportunity to be involved with ever-evolving projects from beginning to end, delivering presentations to our clients and seeing innovative business ideas implemented is highly rewarding. My daily role at Adoreboard can include; • Data collection from social media, surveys, press, blogs or from social listening tools (such as Netbase and Brandwatch). • Data cleaning, analysis and handling, using Excel and our Emotion Analytics tool. • Communicating effectively with clients from the beginning to the end of each project; this can include meeting with clients to design project briefs and timeframes, collaboratively designing surveys for analysis, providing project updates and draft presentations, problem resolution, as well as finalising insights and future project planning. • Creating and delivering personalised presentations and visual content for clients, often using Sketch design tool as well as Microsoft PowerPoint. • Working directly with our CEO on pre-sales and contract renewals, completing data analysis and creating reports to give potential clients tailored demos and sample reports to generate product sales, new clients or return customers. • Mentoring new team members, giving product inductions and guidance as well as contributing to company wide updates on current and upcoming projects and utilising project planning tools such as Trello. • Completing online courses such as Statistics with R, to utilise in my current role to improve efficiency as well as to aid professional development.
