I am currently undertaking photography & styling due to my vast interest in art direction and content creation.
Outside of university I've worked with a number or brands and been apart of some brilliant events including;
- Photographer for the Debenhams VIP Beauty events (2017 & 2018)
- Shadowing the Personal Shopper and Visual Merchandising team outside of paid work during my employment with Debenhams (May 2017 - January 2019)
- Annual photographer for Bishop Burton College fashion design graduate show and personal portfolio builder for the graduate students (2016 - 2019)
-Social media influencer for Cloie Couture, I offer advertisement through content creation on my social media platforms. This is a one year contract that will be reviewed for renewal. (2020 - present)
- Head of ladies wear at 'Bulk Vintage Wholesale' (Europes largest vintage clothing provider). This allowed me to gain an insight into the world of wholesale. Here I had the chance to set up a working system ready for consumers and businesses to place orders in the women wear section. I had my own personal office and worked alongside a seamstress and my own employees that helped organise the clothes via grade, brand and design. (April 2019 - September 2019, temporary interenship)
- New York Exchange. In 2019 I applied to be apart of UCAs study abroad opportunity. After months of interviews, portfolio building and motivational writing I was granted the only position available to study at LIM fashion college in the heart of New York City. This was a really difficult position to fight for and due to covid-19 my opportunity was unfortunately taken away from me. Nevertheless the offer is still a great achievement that I am extremely proud of.
Projects
- WIDTH MAGAZINE(2020/21) Year 2 Photography & Styling publication project set to be released 26th January 2021. WIDTH is a publication for creatives, by creatives.
