Muse Projects is a social enterprise and pending B Corporation generating measurable social impact through immersive experiences to create a forward-thinking and inclusive society. Co-founded Dialogue in the Dark London. Lead all aspects of the production of the immersive exhibition from conception to launch managing budgets and allocating resources. Built a passionate team of 12, including operations manager, exhibition manager, graphic designers, social media manager and project managers. Designed the marketing and communication strategy + campaign to rapidly sell tickets (3800+ in 4 months) lead the design of brand identity, messaging and all content and assets. Worked with external PR agencies, secured press and publicity. Acted as the spokesperson for the brand in the press. Created and delivered presentations and proposals to secure brand partnerships + sponsorships. Secured a partnership with a major ticketing platform.
NT's Loft situated at the heart of Netil House is a warehouse space with an eclectic music programme supporting local talent. - Designed and implemented new brand direction and marketing strategy, overseeing the re-branding of “NT’s Loft” transitioning this bar into an eclectic music and events venue. - Advising on the allocation of resources and budgets affecting P&L. - Supported organisational changes by streamlining processes and resulting in an efficient and cost-effective operation.
Brought on to advise and support the founders of Muse Projects, I conducted background research for the project (Dialogue in the Dark), designed + delivered two websites and run all digital marketing and social media campaigns and managed outreach and partnerships. Developing the project from inspiration and ideation phase to implementation by producing and launching Dialogue in the Dark in London.

Mick's Garage the events and music outlet of CRATE Brewery ↘︎ the working warehouse is transformed into a multi-use events space. Hosted events, club nights, live shows, immersive exhibitions, brand activations, film screenings and much more one of the most sought after events venue in East London. - Architecting strategy + vision, creating a disruptive and forward-thinking positioning for the brand in the dance music / creative scene transforming the 'event space' into a progressive brand in London. - Building and developing a passionate and diverse team of 20+ including, event managers, marketing managers, programme manager, venue manager and events staff. - Implementing the marketing strategy and allocating budgets for 2018 & 2019. - Overseeing the entire operations of the 600 capacity venue, over 250 successful events were delivered. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
