My driving passion is making the world a better, smarter place through digital. I believe in the power of digital products and services to transform the nature of engagement: between organisations and their users. So, what is it I do, exactly? My focus is Digital Product. Envisioning, shaping, designing and delivering landmark digital services that really hit home: with both users and brands alike. My sector experience has been diverse (Mobile Telco, TV, banking: FTSE100 brands as well as central government & international trade). Whilst my digital product exposure has been deep: leading on omni channel transformation, digital self-service apps, SaaS/ PaaS, global CRMs through to EMEA-wide site roll-outs. My working style is actually aligned to the style of digital products and services I create. Working innovatively within the Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean & User-Centred Design methodologies - as well as with leading-edge digital technologies - I inspire and motivate product teams to reach new heights. The digital services I’ve developed have touched user bases in the millions. ►DRIVE >Barclays: designed/ delivered the bank's first-ever digital self-service app for Insurance (MyPolicy) in just 16 weeks >Sky: headed Transformation for pivotal £30m digital transformation initiative - online sales failures reduced (30% >10%) >Vodafone: spearheaded creation/ end-to-end delivery of self-service roadmap across a range of digital touch points - web/ mobile ►VALUE Tech-savvy in the digital product arena, I also bring a customer-centred business acumen - enriched by several years developing proposition strategies for iconic power-brands such as O2 and Sony Mobile. At O2, I developed a multi-award winning, end-to-end proposition for Broadband - doubling new subs sales ►AGILE A Certified Scrum Product Owner (Product Manager), Agile Practitioner & Lean Kanban-certified, I’m also a CIM Fellow & IDM Graduate.
