    In my previous role I was responsible for working alongside various Category Managers and Senior Directors on a variety of projects to implement easier processes within the organisation. My duties included:- • Implementing and Managing P-Cards across the organisation: - I worked with the Senior Director to introduce P-cards to the business for easier P2P process. I was the point of contact for the usage of P-card across the 350 locations in the UK, ensuring the usage were within the companies policy and worked alongside Finance department to ensure payments are reconciled accurately. Spend of over £3m • Reducing Recruitment Spend :- The business spent over £1m on temp labour, I was responsible for implementing the PSL and reducing number of suppliers in the business, bringing spend down significantly and also reducing number of suppliers in the business delivering on the fewer better suppliers objective. • Implementing companies policy:- I was also responsible for ensuring that stakeholders were adhering to Health and Safety policies within the organisation, across 350 locations within the organisation. I also was responsible for ensuring suppliers adhered to our Health and Safety policies and escalating where necessary. • Lease Management :- I was responsible for working alongside the supplier to manage a range of leases of over £10m including; Fork lift trucks, Lorries, Vending machines and Company vehicles. • Tracking/ Reporting rebate:- I tracked all financial reports including fuel usage and rebates from suppliers. I kept track of all rebate using Microsoft Excel for the Procurement department and reporting to the finance department monthly and senior director weekly. I was also responsible for keeping track and approving Credit Card spends across the 350 locations. • Fleet/Fuel Management I was responsible for managing the fleet across the organisation, working closely with supplier to ensure the company’s fleets are maintained in accordance to the organisations policy. I was also responsible for supporting category managers in administering and dealing with queries on the organisations fleet. • Supplier Management Managing suppliers to ensure they achieve and deliver in accordance to the KPI’s and SLA’s set. Liaising and managing the relationship with Stakeholders and Suppliers to ensure savings are met. In my current role, I introduced the Savings tracker with a major supplier to ensure that our savings are tracked and misuse is identified. Organising regular meetings to monitor progress and discuss relevant issues to improve our business performance. • Organising Supplier Award events I was also responsible for arranging Supplier Award Events and was recognised by Senior Directors for successful implementation of projects. I was successful for completion from planning phase to implementation phase. Sourcing suppliers and liaising with different organisations to ensure that event deadlines were met and event was a success. • Project Management I also have experience in project management and have taken various training courses on project management. In my previous roles, I have been responsible for successful completion of various projects from planning to implementation stage.
