- You are your worst enemyProject explores the issues resulting from the struggle with mental health, focusing mainly of anxiety. Sometimes it is difficult to explain how it feels, therefore this work utilises images in order to do that. This project aims to help with understanding what anxiety is by visually explaining it to the viewer. One of the qualities of this piece is that it's not only a series of photos but also a form of therapy and a way to raise awareness about mental health issues. This work is very personal
