About me
A motivated and creative multimedia journalism graduate from City, University of London. My eloquence and inquisitiveness provide me with an interest in producing reliable and original storytelling through print, broadcast and visual forms.
I established 'Larnie's London,' a food blog which has since amassed 5,000+ followers in over a year. Employing SEO/SMO strategies, website copywriting and visual journalism, learned in my academic training.
I take a resourceful and proactive approach to all work, having gained experience as a media and editorial intern for the Healthy Food Guide Magazine UK, a contributor for The National Student Magazine where I specialised in lifestyle and feature writing, my time spent as a public relations intern for Ogilvy and Mather PR and as a contributor for Unicorn Zine.
In my final year of my degree, I successfully co-founded Frida Mag, a fully functioning magazine focusing on disability and women.
Reliable and confident, acquiring excellent interpersonal skills through my work as a French tutor, retail and hospitality work alongside my studies, as well as volunteering with the National Citizen Service.
I am currently seeking a permanent role in the journalism and media industry.
