Born and raised in Rome, Ilenia developed an interest for the visual arts from an early age.
With an educational background in Communication and Direction of Photography, Ilenia wore many hats within the creative field. She moved to New York in 2008 where she started working as photo editor and photographer for publications such as Rue Magazine, Domino, One Kings Lane, Time Out, Plaza Interior, calling Brooklyn her home until 2014. Ilenia has been working in the field of interior design as Art Director, Photographer and Visual Communication Strategist for brands such as Hem, Nichetto Studio, De La Espada, Vitra, Nilufar.
