About me
I am a travel professional who has been creating amazing travel experiences for international clients for the last 8 years. I am experienced in looking for exclusive destinations, establishing productive relationships with valuable partners as well as creating engaging content for different audiences. I take care of every aspect of the tour: from the sourcing of suitable accommodation, transportation and venues providers, to the negotiation of rates and T&C, as well as the supervision of operations on the day of the event. I spent the last 2 years focusing on the revamp of the product and marketing strategy of a well known tour operator.     In charge of improving existing product and sourcing new exclusive experiences in Europe for Asia Pacific clients: • By researching and travelling to off-the-beaten-track destinations and establishing good relationships with local suppliers I ensured suitable rates and unique addictions. • By cooperating with different teams within the Company (Contracting, Transports, Operations and Sales), in order to successfully include the new products to the existing tours. Thanks to this cooperation, I successfully delivered new exclusive travel products in South of Italy, France, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. • By creating a new training plan that included an introduction on clients’ profile and needs, and specific details and characteristics on Europe travel products divided by area to ensure that the team had an excellent product knowledge and was able to respond to the clients’ demand. Also responsible to implement an efficient communication and marketing system both internally and externally, through online tools such as a blog, newsletter and social media: • Implementation of a company blog for partners and clients in Asia with responsibility for producing relevant content to ensure the brand is perceived as the go to tour operator of choice (www.tcablog.com – online since January 2019) • Implementation of a monthly newsletter linked to blog content through MailJet – average of 20% open rate and 5% click through rate • Act as information officer by sending emails to Asian offices to alert of urgent changes to parking regulations, strikes, blockades or other incidents that may impact their tours • Set up and management of accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, other than cooperation to the management of a WeChat account for the Chinese market • Close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth regular internal communication.
