Creative, innovative and insightful Account Manager that constantly strives to maximise awareness, sales and profitability of my clients brands. I am quick to understand the mission, vision and values of a brand, combined with managing budgets and maximising ROI. My key strengths are that I am creative and a quick learner. I have an eye for detail and when leading or working within a team I can motive and build relationships to secure buy-in. Ensuring all resources are utilized cost effectively by directly assisting the directors in the delivery of commercial imperatives including recoverability, billing, purchase orders, forecasting, and client approvals. • Writing creative and in-depth production briefs, contact reports and proposals for projects. • Forecasting resources, planning ahead and managing the teams live projects. • Leading the creative and productive relationship across Aquafresh and Denture care FMCG. • Participating in strategic planning to develop and refine plans to maximise the effectiveness of the brand. • Represent company at off-site events, by optimising my natural ability to communicate confidently. • I work extremely close with my department to deliver brand strategy.   • • Supporting the Senior Account Manager in the delivery of all projects and growth of the Boots account. • Combining work across Boots campaign, No7, Boots International and Christmas 2014 and 2013 projects. • Managing key campaign for Boots in store, inputting strategic thinking and planning. • Using interpersonal skills to build relationships with the client to ensure their initial briefs are understood, complete and delivered as print ready artwork. • Contacting clients daily to ensure their needs and wants are met both commercially and creatively. • Interpreting client feedback and briefing designers, photographers or art workers. • Liaising and building relationships with external suppliers and agencies E.g. TV and Digital. • Allocating costs associated to jobs with the daily use of the costing and project management system Synergist. E.g. time allocated by Designers, Art Workers and Copywriters to each project.
