Leading and coordinating a project to combine the On Trade Marketing Team at DESA. Created and organized presentation of DESA`s wine vineyards and their respective lines in conjunction with the Brand Managers in order for the TMO`s to be trained on the fundamentals of every wine supplied by DESA with a focus on Bars and Restaurants. During my time at DESA as well as working in a different language, I gained a level of insight into the Chilean wine industry and a level of insight into education in wine in general.

Main responsibilities consist of ownership of all digital content (primarily websites content, blogs, writing and building newsletters and social media), day to day contact with PR and design agencies regarding briefing of all artwork and activations, and dealing with print, with a particular focus on the bi-annual menu refresh with all variations. Assisted with and oversaw the opening of 13 bars & restaurants since I started at Drake & Morgan, 9 of which were (3 still are) Corney & Barrow Bars that Drake & Morgan acquired in July 2016.
